Does the flag damage my lawn?+
No. We use a slim spike-mount pole system that goes into soil, not concrete or sprinkler lines.
What if it's windy, rainy, or snowing?+
Our flags and hardware are rated for Wasatch Front weather. In sustained high-wind warnings, we may temporarily lower a flag and reset it once conditions pass — we'll always let you know.
Where do you currently serve?+
We're actively deploying along the Wasatch Front — Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Cache counties — and expanding toward St. George and Cedar City. Enter your ZIP code at enlistment to check coverage.
Can I cancel or pause a season pass?+
Anytime, before the next scheduled deployment. Season passes are billed once up front, and we'll prorate a refund for any missions not yet run.
